Should I be present during the inspection?

Yes, we encourage you to be present during the inspection.

Since inspections tend to be lengthy, many clients will typically attend toward the end of the inspection so that we can run through any items of note and answer questions.

How long will the inspection take?

A thorough, quality inspection should never be rushed and will take between three and six hours to complete, depending on the size of the home.

When will I receive the inspection report?

In most cases you will receive the report the next day.

What if I have questions later regarding items found in the report?

We are always available and accessible to our clients. You can call or text any time after you've received your report to discuss any questions or concerns you might have.

When is payment due?

We ask for payment in full prior to the inspection date. Once you schedule your inspection, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to make the payment.

Should I get an inspection on a home that I plan to sell?

Conducting a pre-listing home inspection is a great way to understand any conditions and possible defects that may be discovered by a buyer's inspector, providing you with a competitive advantage. By knowing about these items ahead of time, you can address them up front and either factor them into the asking price or remediate them prior to listing.
